Product Name Oplophorus OLuc Luciferase EGFP mRNA
Description

OLuc is an engineered enzyme from a 19 kDa subunit of luciferase from a deep sea shrimp Oplophorus gracilirostris, it is ~ 150 times more sensitive than traditional firefly luciferase. It uses furimazine as substrate for bioluminescence assay.

This mRNA encodes both OLuc luciferase and EGFP, fused by T2A self-cleaving peptides
