Description |
Recombinant High Fidelity 3C Thermostable DNA Polymerase (3C HiFi) is purified from E. coli transformed with an engineered DNA polymerase gene similar to a thermostable DNA polymerase from Thermococcus. 3C HiFi can amplify target DNA up to 20 kb. The processivity and elongation rate of 3C HiFi are at least 5 times higher than that of Pfu DNA polymerase. |
Application |
- High fidelity PCR amplification
- Blunt-end PCR cloning
