Our functional membrane protein production system is based on state-of-the-art virus-like particles (VLP) technology developed by Excellgen scientists. Advantages of this production system:
- Suitable for producing functional membrane proteins such as G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR), receptor kinases, ion channels, and viral envelopes, in their native context for downstream assays.
- Short delivery time. We can produce VLP pseudotyped with membrane proteins in 2 weeks.
- Scalabe production either in HEK 2;3 cells or babulovirus-sf9 system.
