Description | Ribonuclease-Resistant RNA is an RNA-protein complex, produced in Escherichia coli by the induction of an expression plasmid that encodes both the MS2 coat protein and your target RNA standard sequence. Upon IPTG induction, both mRNA and MS2 coat protein are synthesized and assembled into pseudoviral nanoparticles. The purified MS2 coat protein -mRNA complex is protected from degradation by RNase. The mRNA is stable at 4 °C for up to 6 months |
