- Transient transfect up to 10 L of 293 cells
- Culture cells in HYPERFlasks or Cell Factories.
- FPLC purify lentivius by anion-exchange and gel-filtration chromatography.
- Concentrate lentivirus by ultrafiltration
- QC by SDS-PAGE, ELISA, qRT-PCR, FACS.
- 95% to 99% Purity: lentivirus prep contains less than 5% serum proteins or other host cell and cell culture-derived contaminants.
- Titer: up to 1011 TU/ml
- Number of lentiviral particles: Up to 1012 TU
