Description A recombinant form of the spike glycoprotein receptor binding domain (RBD, Arg319-Phe541) from severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Wuhan-Hu-1 (GenPept: QHD43416) was produced in HEK293 cells and purified by nickel affinity and ion exchange chromatography.
