Pricing & Typographical Errors
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our website may occasionally be incorrectly priced or contain typographical errors. We verify pricing as part of our order processing procedures and will confirm the correct pricing in your order confirmation or prior to shipment, as applicable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Excellgen, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, availability, or order details at any time prior to shipment and billing. If you believe there may be an error in pricing, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Minimum Order Requirement
Minimum online order requirement is $50 for U.S. and Canada orders, and $100 for orders outside the U.S. and Canada.
U.S. Special Shipping Conditions and Fees
We use air freight and ground carriers to provide prompt and cost-effective delivery. If you require specific shipping arrangements, please advise us when placing your order. Products are shipped at room temperature or on dry ice, gel packs, or wet ice as indicated in the product description.
Some products may present flammable, corrosive, toxic, reactive, or other hazards and may require special handling. Such products are labeled accordingly and may carry additional handling and/or hazardous materials fees. A $15.00 charge per order will be added for nonstandard packaging and all serum shipments.
Certain products may also carry a delivery premium and will be assessed an additional shipping and handling fee, which typically ranges from $32 to $450, depending on product requirements and destination. All special shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Fees listed above are standard fees applicable to shipments within the United States. Customers outside the United States should contact us for applicable special shipping fees.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and value-added taxes (VAT). These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international shipments are made FCA (Free Carrier), Excellgen shipping point. Title to and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, and the customer is responsible for import clearance and delivery to the final destination.
Due to temperature sensitivity, customs handling, and transit conditions, we generally do not accept returns for items shipped internationally, except where required by applicable law or where Excellgen confirms in writing that a return is authorized.
