Product Name |
Firefly Luciferase mRNA, Cy5-Modified |
Overview |
This product consists of in vitro transcribed firefly luciferase messenger RNA (mRNA) incorporating Cy5-labeled nucleotides for direct fluorescence detection. The Cy5 modification enables visualization of mRNA uptake and intracellular distribution using fluorescence microscopy with a Cy5 filter set. Quantitative assessment of translation efficiency can be performed via a luciferase reporter assay.
