Product Name Human KOSM+LIN28 Reprogramming mRNA Cocktail with RFP Reporter
Description

A polycistronic mRNA cocktail encoding the four Yamanaka factors (KLF4, OCT4, SOX2, c-MYC) plus LIN28A and RFP reporter for human cellular reprogramming. The RFP reporter enables real-time monitoring of transfection efficiency.

Key Features:

  • Expresses all essential reprogramming factors in a single formulation
  • RFP reporter (Ex/Em 558/583 nm) for transfection monitoring
  • Compatible with standard TRITC filter sets
  • Optimized for high-efficiency iPSC generation
Applications
  • Generation of integration-free induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
  • Human somatic cell reprogramming
  • Stem cell research and regenerative medicine applications
mRNA Modifications
  • 5' Capping: ARCA (Cap 0) or CleanCap AG (Cap 1)
  • Nucleotide Modifications:
    • N1-methyl-pseudouridine (Ψ)
    • 5-methylcytidine (5mC)
  • 3' Tail: 180 nt poly(A) sequence
  • Sequence Optimization: Codon-optimized for human cells
