Product Name Oplophorus OLuc Luciferase EGFP mRNA
Description

OLuc is an engineered luciferase derived from the 19 kDa catalytic subunit of the bioluminescent enzyme found in the deep-sea shrimp Oplophorus gracilirostris. It exhibits approximately 150-fold greater sensitivity compared to traditional firefly luciferase and utilizes furimazine as its substrate for bioluminescence detection.

This mRNA encodes a bicistronic construct comprising OLuc luciferase and EGFP, separated by a self-cleaving T2A peptide to enable independent expression of both proteins.
