Product Name |
3C HiFi DNA Polymerase |
Catalog Number |
EG-1027 |
Description |
3C HiFi DNA Polymerase, a recombinant thermostable enzyme with 3’ to 5’ proofreading activity, derived from an engineered Thermococcus-like DNA polymerase gene expressed in Escherichia coli, amplifies DNA up to 20 kb with processivity and elongation rates at least fivefold higher than Pfu DNA polymerase, optimized for high-fidelity PCR at ~72°C. |
Applications |
- High-fidelity PCR amplification
- Blunt-end PCR cloning
