Product Name |
Human KOSM+LIN28 Reprogramming mRNA Cocktail with RFP Reporter |
Description |
A polycistronic mRNA cocktail encoding the four Yamanaka factors (KLF4, OCT4, SOX2, c-MYC) plus LIN28A and RFP reporter for human cellular reprogramming. The RFP reporter enables real-time monitoring of transfection efficiency.
Key Features:
- Expresses all essential reprogramming factors in a single formulation
- RFP reporter (Ex/Em 558/583 nm) for transfection monitoring
- Compatible with standard TRITC filter sets
- Optimized for high-efficiency iPSC generation
|
Applications |
- Generation of integration-free induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)
- Human somatic cell reprogramming
- Stem cell research and regenerative medicine applications
|
