Product Name Oplophorus (OLuc) EGFP Self-Amplifying mRNA
Description

This self-amplifying mRNA encodes four nonstructural proteins (nsP1 to nsP4) derived from a positive-stranded alphavirus venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV), and Oplophorus (OLuc) fused to EGFP with T2A self-cleaving peptides.

OLuc is an engineered enzyme from a 19 kDa subunit of luciferase from a deep sea shrimp Oplophorus gracilirostris, it is ~ 150 times more sensitive than traditional firefly luciferase. It uses furimazine as substrate for bioluminescence assay.
