  • Calmodulin-binding peptide
• Monoclonal and polyclonal antibody purification using Pharmacia protein A/G columns
• Removal of tags or fusion protein by protease digestion (if protease site is available) followed by FPLC purification

  • Purity analysis by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie staining
  • Western blot analysis if antibody is available
  • Protein concentration determination
