Cy5-modified NLS-Flp Recombinase mRNA

This NLS-FLP mRNA will express human codon optimized Flp recombinase fused to nuclear localization sequence. The mRNA can be used for FRT recombination in cell lines and primary cells. The expression of NLS-FLP protein can be visualized by a Cy5 filter. 

• 5' Capped with ARCA (Anti Reverse Cap Analog, m7(3'-O-methyl)-G(5')ppp(5')G, Cap 0) or CleanCap AG (m7G(5')ppp(5')(2'OMeA)pG, Cap 1)
• Cyanine Cy5-UTP:N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine-5'-Triphosphate at a ratio of 1:3
• 5mCTP
• PolyA: 180 nt
