Protein Expression and Purification using Baculovirus Expression System |
Description |
Our Baculovirus Expression Service offers high-yield, scalable production and purification of recombinant proteins using the baculovirus-insect cell system. We generate high-titer baculovirus stocks (up to 108 pfu) and can deliver milligram to gram quantities of active, purified protein within 6–8 weeks. This platform is ideal for producing eukaryotic proteins requiring proper folding and post-translational modifications.
|
Key Features & Advantages |
- High-titer baculovirus generation and amplification
- Milligram to gram scale protein production
- Advanced AKTA FPLC purification (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion, etc.)
- Proteins with native folding and post-translational modifications
- Fast turnaround: 6–8 weeks from cloning to purified protein
|
