Cy5-modified NLS-Cre Recombinase mRNA

This NLS-Cre mRNA will express human/mouse codon optimized Cre recombinase fused to nuclear localization sequence. The mRNA can be used for loxP recombination in cell lines and primary cells. The expression of NLS-Cre protein can be visualized by a Cy5 filter. 

• 5' Capped with ARCA (Anti Reverse Cap Analog, m7(3'-O-methyl)-G(5')ppp(5')G, Cap 0) or CleanCap AG (m7G(5')ppp(5')(2'OMeA)pG, Cap 1)
• Cyanine Cy5-UTP:N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine-5'-Triphosphate at a ratio of 1:3
• 5mCTP
• PolyA: 180 nt

• Agarose gel electrophoresis
• Activity assay: HEK293 cells transfected with LoxP reporter plasmid
