GeneExpresso™ MAX DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent, a proprietary cationic polymer formulation, delivers DNA with high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity to a wide range of mammalian cell lines, including HEK293, 293T, 293E, CHO, COS-1, HeLa, NIH 3T3, Sf9, Sf21, and primary cells, with 1 mL sufficient for 300–600 transfections in 24-well plates or 150–300 transfections in 6-well plates. |
