NLS-Cre Recombinase mRNA, Animal-free

This NLS-Cre mRNA will express human/mouse codon optimized Cre recombinase fused to nuclear localization sequence. The mRNA can be used for loxP recombination in cell lines and primary cells. mRNA is made from animal-free components.
